The 65th Annual Meeting of the Greater Wyoming Federal Credit Union will be held on February 13, 2019, beginning at 12:00pm.  This event will be held at our Casper branch; 155 W Collins Dr, Casper.

Election to the Board of Directors is by electronic device or mail ballot if the Board deems necessary.  There will be three (3) positions on the Board of Directors, each for a term of three (3) years.

The Nominating Committee for the Greater Wyoming Federal Credit Union has nominated the individuals listed below for the above positions.  The nominations are listed alphabetically with a brief statement of qualifications and biographical data.

Bob Griffin: Since making Casper his home in 1988 “Dr Bob” has served on various civic committees. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of GWFCU in 2012 and has also served on the Supervisory Committee.  “Dr Bob” has been a college professor and senior pastor for 45+ years.  He is also CFO for Preventative Health Resources Clinic in Casper.

Thomas Volin: I am retired from the Department of Employment after 36 years.  I have been a member of the credit union for 38 years and served on the board for the past 21 years.  I feel the credit union provides many great benefits for our members and their families. I would like to continue to be a part of helping our credit union offer quality services to our members.

Rick Wass: I have worked with the Wyoming Oil and Gas Commission for 21 years.  I have always believed in and been a member of credit unions.  I am exuberant about small credit unions!  I was appointed to fill a vacancy on your board of directors 10 years ago and have been actively sharing our benefits with the Douglas community.  I am involved with the children’s athletics programs in Douglas and I have served on the boards of the Moose Lodge and the Rec Commission.  I have enjoyed working on the Board of Greater Wyoming FCU and look forward to continuing to serve our membership.

Additional nominations for the above positions may be made by petition signed by one percent of the members.  A separate petition must be completed and submitted for each nomination.  Each nominee, by petition, must submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data and a certificate signed by the nominee stating they are agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected to office.  Petitions, biographical data and certifications for each nominee, by petition, must be received by Greater Wyoming Federal Credit Union, 155 W Collins Dr, Casper, WY 82601, Attention Liz Stetz, no later than November 30, 2018.

If there are more than two nominees for these Board positions, the election will be conducted by electronic device.  In this event, separate instructions will be communicated.

/S/ Tom Juarez, Secretary, Greater Wyoming FCU.
